Hope to return next year, we're very happy in Puerto de la Cruz and the Hitel Marquesa.
Breakfast has plenty of choice. We visit this hotel each year for 4 nights. We love Puerto de la Cruz.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the original part of the hotel is beautiful.
The showers struggled to get warm and breakfast was very average.

We liked the hotel - we loathed the food
Location , the building is so lovely. The pool is also very nice.
Whoever presides over breakfast needs to visit other hotels , the offer is very, very poor . Poor quality food , poor presentation . Cheap ingredients , for what could be a splendid little historical hotel do something about it !.

Good breakfast, excellent location
Very slow hot water, took 10 minutes of running shower in morning to get tepid water No lights in corridor outside room till 7 pm, Dark, couldn't see door, dangerous for old people on steps in dark No fridge or kettle in room
